Tetra SafeStart makes it possible to introduce fish immediately after setting up a new aquarium. The mix of live bacteria contained within the product instantly creates a safe and biologically active environment, effectively acting as a fast "aquarium starter". Tetra SafeStart can prevent "nitrite peaks" which typically occur when a biological balance has not been reached in an aquarium and toxic nitrite can't be broken down fast enough.

Composition
Living nitrifying bacteria
Product Care: Store at room temperature. Ideal storage temperature: 8 C. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 C or below 2 C.
How to use:
1- Condition tap water with Tetra AquaSafe.
2- Shake well and add 5ml per 6 litres of aquarium water. Recommended water temperature: Min 20 C.
3- Introduce a moderate number of fish. Consult your retailer for details.
4- Feed restricted amounts during the first two weeks using a product such as TetraMin. A sufficient oxygen supply also helps to create a biologically active environment.
