What is easy-repeat delivery service and how does it work?
Look out for the easy-repeat logo on the product page. All products in the easy-repeat scheme can be purchased as a one off or via the easy-repeat scheme, but buying on the easy-repeat scheme will offer a discount!
Yes you can! Just choose your local store as part of the checkout process, and we will deliver your order into the store, at the frequency you select.
We will email you 7 days before your order is due to arrive, to make sure that we have the correct address, and payment details. On receipt of this email, you will have 3 days to make any updates to your easy-repeat order via neesloos.com in My petcare plans, or by contacting our Customer Care team who will be able to help.
We will email you to let you know that your order is being prepared by our warehouse, and again when it is on its way.

Manage your easy-repeat orders and plan
No problem, just go to My petcare plans on neesloos.com, Select ‘Manage my plan’ where you can update your delivery address or alternatively select ‘Manage order’ to either Skip the next delivery or edit the delivery date. Don’t forget, you can choose to have your order delivered into one of our Petcare Centres ready for you to collect, so you don’t need to worry about coordinating your move with your easy-repeat order. You can change back to home delivery once settled in your new home. You can also contact our customer care team to help you do this if needed.
Setting up to receive regular easy-repeat orders is really easy, but sometimes the frequency we initially set is not quite right. You can easily change the frequency by logging in to My petcare plans on neesloos.com, select ‘Manage plan’, and update the frequency. You can also contact our customer care team to help you do this if needed.
No problem, just go to My petcare plans on neesloos.com, Select ‘Manage order’ where you can either edit the next delivery date or skip the next delivery entirely. If you keep ending up with too much food then select ‘Manage plan’ and you can change the frequency of your deliveries. You can also contact our customer care team to help you do this if needed.
If you find you no longer require one of your easy-repeat items, cancelling this item could not be easier. Just log in to My petcare plans on neesloos.com, select ‘Manage order’ and choose which item you would like to cancel. If you want to remove this from your plan, select 'Manage plan', and choose which item in your easy-repeat plan you would like to cancel. We hope you won’t be cancelling because you are not happy with the service, but if we can help in any way, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help you iron out any problems.
