Tetra Pond AlgoFin Prevent Green Water and Combat Floating Algae Water Care Pond Treatment Care 1L effectively combats the most prevalent algae types, such as blanketweed, floating and slime algae. The special active substance attacks the algae's organism and metabolism, impeding their ability to photosynthesise. This destroys the algae within two to three weeks and prevents further algae growth. Tetra Pond AlgoFin is suitable for ornamental ponds with fish, plants and microorganisms.

How to use:
Shake well before use. Add 50ml AlgoFin for every 1,000 litres of pond water. For best results, use a stick or similar implement to evenly mix the product into the water. Remove as much algae as possible before and after treatment using a net or stick, as dead algae impairs the water quality. Ensure the pond is well aerated during treatment. Do not filter using UV clarifiers or activated carbon for at least seven days after administering the product. During treatment, do not undertake any water changes for approximately four weeks. For prolific algae growth, Tetra recommend repeating the treatment using half of the stated amount after approximately four weeks.
