How to use:
Topical insecticidal and acaricidal spot-on solution. A simple and effective spot-on solution for prevention and treatment of common internal and external parasites of small mammals and birds. Applied to the skin, Xeno 450 is absorbed into the body and is particularly effective against the parasites which cause ear disease in the rabbit and ferret, and the mites that cause skin disease in guinea pigs and rabbits, including mange in guinea pigs and the condition known as walking dandruff in rabbits. It is also effective against many of the parasites which cause skin and feather problems in birds. The active substance, ivermectin, is a substance known as an endectocide because it kills parasites that cause infestation inside the body (endoparasites) as well as those living outside the body on the skin (ectoparasites). Ivermectin is used in many species for the control of mites, roundworms and lice.
