The flexible bristles allow the cleaning brushes to get into those awkward spots to clean your fountain. The small brush is perfect for dismantling and cleaning the pump, a task which should be done approximately every 30 days. Cleaning a fountain on a regular basis allows cats to get cleaner, fresher water as it prevents bacteria build-up and it keeps the pump running smoothly.
