Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 100mg, L-Tryptophan 75mg, Green Tea extract (Camellia sinesis) 25mg, Colostrum extracts 25mg.
Product Care: Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings and Safety: Contact your vet if you dog shows any adverse reaction. As Adaptil Chew contains L-tryptophan it should not be administered to dogs treated with SSRIs (eg fluoxetine, sertraline), tricyclic antidepressants (eg amitriptyline, clomipramine), MAOI-B (eg selegiline) and some pain management drugs (eg tramadol or tapentadol) as this might increase serotonin concentrations and induce serotonin syndrome. Sedative medications such as benzodiazepines (eg diazepam, clonazepam), barbiturates (eg phenobarbital, pentobarbital) and antihistamines can interact with L-tryptophan and induce sleepiness. Taking L-tryptophan with phenothiazines (eg chlorpromazine, acepromazine) can induce movement disorders and prolactin secretion.
How to use:
Give the required amount of chews at least 30 minutes before the event.
