The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect reads and recognises a pet's identification microchip or Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, only opening for authorised pets. The selective access prevents cross-feeding and ensures that prescription food is exclusively consumed by the designated pet, making it ideal for multi-pet-households. Taking the stress out of mealtimes, this feeder helps create a pet-friendly home environment.
Use the Microchip Pet Feeder Connect with the Sure Petcare Hub (not included) and the Sure Petcare App to monitor your pet's food consumption, and spot any short or long-term changes. Check remotely how much food is left in the bowl, when your pet was last fed and make changes to the feeder settings. Equipped with integrated scales and portioning guides, the Microchip Pet Feeder Connect helps you to feed your cat more accurately. A meal plan with portion sizes can be set in the app too.
Once the lid closes a seal is created keeping the food inside fresher for longer, locking odours in and keeping flies away. This way your pet can graze-feed throughout the day without pressure and enjoy food that hasn't dried out. The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect features a training mode for cautious pets, helping them get used to the feeder step-by-step. You can add a splash of colour and personalise each feeder with the range of additional bowls and mats available to purchase separately.

How to use:
This easy-to-use Microchip Pet Feeder Connect, is supplied with a quick start guide, which will guide you through the set up and configuration process. A more detailed instruction guide is available to download from the Pets At Home, or Sure Petcare web site. The Microchip Pet Feeder Connect, includes a built-in training mode, to help familiarise your cat or dog with the product. Requires the Sure Petcare Hub, which is available to purchase separately from the Pets At Home, online store. A smartphone and Internet access, will be required to make use of the connected features.
Product Care: It is important to keep your Microchip Pet Feeder Connect clean to ensure it functions reliably. Please Do NOT submerge the whole unit into water or place it under a running tap. Water ingress can cause damage to the Feeder and its electronics. Ensure the four black dots on the hoop are kept clean at all times. The mat can be wiped clean using a damp cloth. Do not put items in the dishwasher. Hand-wash only. The Microchip Pet Feeder Connect includes a cleaning access cover on its base to make it easier to remove crumbs or debris. Please remove the bowl from the feeder when cleaning. To maintain the integrated seal in optimal condition, we recommend hand washing bowls in warm soapy water only.
Warnings and Safety: Please Do NOT submerge the whole unit into water, place it under a running tap, or place it in the dishwasher. Sure Petcare recommends that the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect is used with your pet's implanted microchip, however it may also be operated using the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag. If using the collar tag, it should be used with a safety collar which incorporates a breakaway buckle (cats only). Children should not be permitted to play with the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder. It is not a toy and should not be treated as such. However, this product can be used by children aged 8 years and above and also by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities as long as they are supervised or have been given instructions on how to use the product in a safe way. They should always be made aware of any potential hazards involved. Do not allow children of any age to clean the product without supervision.
