Royal Canin Veterinary Health Nutrition Renal Adult Dog Food Pouches 40 x 150g have been discontinued and replaced with Royal Canin Veterinary Health Nutrition Renal Adult Wet Dog Food Pouches 48 x 100g. This product has a new formula to include beef for improved palatability but still contains the same nutritional performance. The new recipe comes in a new size, 100g, which is designed to manage portion control.
Royal Canin Veterinary Health Nutrition Renal In Gravy Adult Wet Dog Food is a wet food diet specially tailored to support adult dogs with Chronic Renal Insufficiency. Royal Canin Renal in Gravy is specially formulated to support kidney function. This product contains a moderate amount of very high-quality proteins and a low phosphorus content.
To support food aversion or a reduced appetite, Royal Canin Renal in Gravy is formulated with a specific aromatic profile to stimulate your dog's appetite. Royal Canin Renal is also available as dry food. With this variety in textures, it's easier for you to help stimulate and support your dog's varying appetite.
This product should only be fed based upon the specific recommendation of your vet.
Suitable for: Adult dogs.
Not suitable for: Cases of growth, gestation/lactation.
Recommended for: Azotaemic Chronic Kidney Disease (IRIS stage 2* to stage 4) or Chronic Kidney Disease with proteinuria (IRIS stage 1 to 4).
*Renal diets are recommended for dogs in the advanced stages of CKD (stages 2-4).
Not recommended for: Pancreatitis.
